Yes. You must work with an attorney in the BYD Network who accepts BYDcash as a payment option in order to start your loan application.
You can search our list of approved immigration attorneys to:
1) Find a firm that accepts BYDcash as a payment option
2) Confirm that your current attorney is part of the BYD Network
On average, applicants complete the process within two weeks. However, once your application is submitted, we review and provide a decision within 48 business hours.
The sooner you complete your application, the sooner you will receive a decision.
To get started with BYDcash, there is a $25 non-refundable application fee.

We offer a fixed interest rate of 3% per month on the outstanding principal balance
Unlike credit cards, which have variable interest rates leading to unpredictable monthly payments, your BYDcash loan is an installment loan. This means the monthly payment is always the same. If your loan application is approved, our team will help you select your terms. You can decide on a monthly payment that fits your budget!
You may choose repayment terms ranging from 6 to 60 months (5 years).
If, after 6 months of on-time payments, you would like to pay off your loan early, BYDcash will not charge a penalty. You may also decide to make extra loan payments or more frequent loan payments to help reduce the overall cost of your loan.
