You will need to provide:
- Full name and contact details
- Your attorney’s contact information (*Attorneys must be in-network and accept BYDcash loans)
- General information about your case
STEP 2) SUBMIT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTSÂ
After you submit your intake form and pay the application fee, BYDcash’s Customer care team with reach out to help you through the rest of the application process.Â
You will need need the following to apply:
- Cosigner: A confirmed cosigner with U.S. legal status or permissionÂ
- Identification: Â valid ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Consular ID)
- Financial Documents: The last three (3) months of your U.S. bank statements, housing bill, cell phone bill, and utility statements. If you do not have these exact document, we can work with you to find other bills to substitute.

STEP 3) CHOOSE YOUR PREFERRED MONTHLY PAYMENT
If Approved, you will work with our team to select your payment term using the BYDcash calculator. (Calculator provides estimated payments only). Simply plug in the total case amount and your preferred monthly payment to determine your loan term between 6 and 60 months.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU APPLY
Once you have submitted all the requirements of your application, it will be sent to underwriting. A decision is made typically within 24-48 business hours.
To accept your loan, you and your cosigner will need to sign the loan documents.
